Beetroot Cake is a traditional British recipe
for a classic moist beetroot cake (a twist on the traditional carrot cake)

This cake is brilliantly and will keep for up
to three weeks. Undecorated, it will keep in an airtight tin for up to four
days where it just gets fudgier. Decorated, it will keep for up to two days in
