Today it looks pretty
gray out there .... The Easter weekend is in front of the door so we make
ourselves with a delicious jelly roll comfortably .
The jelly-roll does
not require rolling the dough while it cools, it just does, with covering the
dough with parchment paper. Who wants to make no gluten-free version (must) let
the baking soda off, and replaced the gluten-free...
