Apple Cider Cake



Ein Paradiesischer Apfelkuchen, hätte Eva diesen tollen Kuchen gekannt,
wäre Adam garantiert mit diesem Apfelkuchen verführt worden.
Das Rezept ist aus „meiner“ Region mit originalem Armagh Apfelwein gemacht. Alle Produkte vom Armagh Cider Company sind handgemacht und handgefertigt hergestellt, um ein völlig natürliches Produkt ohne künstlichen Zutaten oder Aromen zu gewährleisten.
Es ist eine Geschichte von Apfelwein in Nordirland, Portadown und Loughgall sind die Original Apfelwein Städte in Nordirland. In der Tat, es wird berichtet dass König Wilhelm seine Apfelwein-Hersteller nach Portadown geschickt hat, um für seine Armee Apfelwein machen zu lassen.

                                Apfel-Wein-Kuchen 
  Zutaten für eine 20cm Springform
 Teig:
125g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
1 Ei
60g Zucker
1 TL Vanillezucker
60g Butter
Für den Belag:
2 Äpfel
1 TL Zitronensaft
1 ½  EL Vanillepulver
185 ml Apfelwein
100g Zucker
200 ml Sahne
1 Pck. Sahnesteif
Für die Garnierung:
                                                                        1 Apfel
                                                              30g Schokoladenstreusel


Zubereitung:
Für den Mürbeteig Mehl mit Backpulver mischen, auf eine Arbeitsfläche sieben und eine Mulde eindrücken. Das Ei hineingleiten lassen. Den Zucker und den Vanillezucker darüber streuen. Die Butter in Stückchen an den Mehlrand setzen. Alles rasch zu einem Teig verkneten. In Folie gewickelt ca. 60 Min. in den Kühlschrank stellen.  
Die Äpfel waschen, schälen, vierteln, entkernen, dann in Scheiben schneiden und sofort mit dem Zitronensaft beträufeln. Das Vanillepuddingpulver mit 60 ml Apfelwein glatt rühren. Übrigen Apfelwein und Zucker in einem Topf aufkochen, dann vom Herd ziehen, angerührtes Puddingpulver einrühren, drei Minuten köcheln lassen.
Den Teig ausrollen, eine gefettete Springform (Ø20cm) damit auskleiden. Die Apfelscheiben und die Weincreme mischen, auf dem Teigboden verteilen und den Kuchen bei 160°C, 55-60 Minuten backen.
Herausnehmen, erkalten lassen. Sahne mit Sahnesteif steif schlagen, auf die creme streichen. Den Apfel waschen, entkernen, in Spalten schneiden und den Kuchen damit belegen. Mit Schokostreusel bestreuen.

Apple Cider Cake

The recipe is taken from "my" region with original Armagh cider.
All of the products produced by the Armagh Cider Company are artisan and hand crafted to ensure a completely natural product containing no artificial ingredients or flavours and bursting with natural flavour.
There is a history of cider making in Northern Ireland and Portadown and Loughgall are the original cider making towns in Northern Ireland. In fact, it is reported that King William sent his cider maker to Portadown to make cider for his army!


Ingredients for a 20cm springform
dough:
125g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
60g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
60g butter
For the topping:
2 apples
1 tsp lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp vanilla powder
185 ml of cider
100g sugar
200 ml cream
For the garnish:
1 apple
30g chocolate chips

Preparation
Mix for the pastry flour with baking powder, pushing on a work surface seven and a trough. Then let slide in the egg. Sprinkle the sugar and the vanilla sugar over it. Put the butter into small pieces to the flour margin. Knead quickly into dough. Wrap in foil and place for about 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
Wash the apples, peel, cut into quarters, remove the seeds, then cut into slices and sprinkle immediately with the lemon juice. Mix the custard powder with 60 ml of cider until smooth. Boil remaining cider and sugar in a saucepan, then remove from heat, stir in suspension of pudding powder, simmer for three minutes.
Roll out the dough, lining it in a greased ring form pan ( Ø20cm ). The apple slices and wine cream mix, spread over the bottom and the cake bake of 160°C 55-60 minutes.
Take out, allow cooling down. Whip the cream, spread on the cream. Wash the apples, remove seeds, cut into wedges and occupy the cake with it. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
