750g blackberries (unprepared weighed)
Wash the blackberries only when necessary because they lose juice and add water. The blackberry puree with lemon juice. Peel the bananas and cut them into small cubes. Give the blackberry puree with the banana cubes and jam sugar in a large saucepan and mix well.
Bring the Marmelde over high heat to a boil while stirring until it bubbles vigorously. Now the cooking time begins! Cook for 4 minutes bubbly, while constantly stirring.
Remove the pan from the heat. The hot-rinsed jars with the hot jam packed fill and seal immediately with the screw cap.
Tip: If you prefer the seedless jam, you can pass the Brombeerpüree through a sieve. It will increase the initial amount of around 150g blackberries.
