Schokoladen-Sahne-Torte



Schokoladen-Sahne-Torte

Der Sommer ist vorbei, man muss nicht mehr so sehr auf überflüssige Pfunde achten und da bietet sich diese Schokoladen-Sahne-Torte geradezu an.
Für ein ausgewogenes Geschmackerlebnis sorgt die Komposition aus guter Vollmilch und Zartbitterschokolade. Wen wundert es, dass viele Leute Schokolade einfach genießen, sich daran erfreuen und sie als Geschenk des Himmels betrachten, so wie ein kleines Stück Sinnesfreude.

ZUTATEN für Schokolagensahne
400ml Sahne
100g Vollmilch-Schokolade
100g Zartbitter-Schokolade 70%
Außerdem
1 Päckchen Sahnesteif

Zubereitung
Zum Vorbereiten der Füllung, die Schokolade am Vortag grob hacken. Schlagsahne in einem Topf erhitzen. Topf vom Herd nehmen und unter rühren die Schokolade darin schmelzen. Zugedeckt über Nacht im Kühlschrank kalt stellen.




Am nächsten Tag bereitet ihr den Biskuitboden zu, dafür braucht ihr:

ZUTATEN für den Biskuitboden (18/20cm Durchmesser)
2 Eier
1 EL Zucker
1 EL Mehl
1 EL Speisestärke
1 Prise Salt
10g Kakaopulver

Zubereitung für den Boden
Backofen auf 160°C Umluft vorheizen. Eine 18/20cm Springform den Boden einfetten und mit Backpapier auslegen.
Eier trennen, Eiweiß und Salz steif schlagen dabei lasst ihr den Zucker reinrieseln.
Eigelb sehr cremig rühren, Mehl, Speisestärke und Kakaopulver vermischen, sieben und unterheben. Danach das Eiweiß unterheben.
Teig in die vorbereitete Form füllen, glatt streichen und im vorgeheizten Ofen 10-12 Minuten backen.  Den Tortenboden aus der Form lösen und auskühlen lassen.

Die kalt gestellte Schokolade-Sahne mit Sahnesteif steif schlagen. Tortenboden auf eine Tortenplatte setzen und um den Boden ein Tortenringen stellen. Die Creme auf den Boden füllen und glatt streichen.


Zum Garnieren braucht ihr:

 ZUTATEN
200ml Sahne
2 TL Vanillezucker
50g Zartbitter oder Vollmilch-Schokolade


Zubereitung
Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen. Sahne mit Vanillezucker steif schlagen und auf die Schokoladen-Sahne-Torte füllen, etwas glatt streichen. Die geschmolzene Schokolade auf die Sahne träufeln und einfach mir einem Holzspieß ein Marmormuster ziehen.
Torte im Kühlschrank für 2 Stunden  kalt stellen.

for chocolate cream layer
400ml cream
100g milk chocolate
100g dark chocolate 70%
Also
1 sheets of white gelatin

Preparation

10g cocoa powder
