Blackberry Mousse in fine chocolate bowl’s / Brombeere Mouse in feinen Schokoschälchen

As soon as a dessert involves something served in a chocolate cup, it has my undivided attention.
This Wild Blackberry Mousse serving in a fine chocolate bowls is a lovely, light and fluffy mousse dessert.

Ingredients for 4 people
3 leaves of white gelatine
200 g blackberries
250 g whole milk yogurt
2-3 tablespoons sugar
150 g whipped cream
200 g dark chocolate
baking paper


  • Soak the gelatine in cold water for the mousse. Sort, wash and pat dry the blackberries. Puree the blackberry’s and press through a sieve. Stir in the yogurt and sugar. Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve over very low heat in a small saucepan. Only 3 tbsp Brombeermousse stir into the gelatin, then stir everything under the remaining mousse. Refrigerate  15-20 minutes until the mousse starts to gel.

  • Beat the cream until stiff and fold into the mousse gelling. Cover and set cold for minimum three hours.
  • For the chocolate bowl break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Cut out  from the baking paper 4 circles (12-15 cm diameter), brush with the semi-liquid chocolate. Allow to dry until it no longer flows, but is not fully yet. Then put the chocolate side up in four shallow bowls, so Chocolate bowl arise. Allow to dry until chocolate is firm. Remaining chocolate might warm up again, the Chocolate bowl again so brush and let dry.
  • Remove baking paper and place chocolate bowl on plate. Cut of the mousse with a large tablespoon cam's and set into the chocolate shells.

Sobald es um ein Dessert geht das serviert wird in einer Schokolade Tasse, hat es meine ungeteilte Aufmerksamkeit.
Diese wilde Brombeeren Mousse serviert in einer feinen Schokoladenschale ist ein schönes Dessert mit einer leichten und locker Mousse.

Brombeere Mouse in feinen Schokoschälchen


Zutaten für 4 Personen
3 Blatt weiße Gelatine
200 g Brombeeren
250 g Vollmilchjoghurt
2–3 EL Zucker
150 g Schlagsahne
200 g Zartbitterschokolade
Backpapier



  • Für die Mousse Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Brombeeren verlesen, waschen und trocken tupfen. Brombeeren pürieren und durch ein Sieb streichen. Joghurt und Zucker unterrühren. Gelatine ausdrücken und bei sehr schwacher Hitze in einem kleinen Topf auflösen. Erst 3 EL Brombeermousse unter die Gelatine rühren, dann alles unter die übrige Mousse rühren. 15–20 Minuten kalt stellen, bis die Mousse zu gelieren beginnt.
  • Sahne steif schlagen und unter die gelierende Mousse heben. Zugedeckt mind. 3 Stunden kalt stellen.
  • Für die Schokoladenschälchen die Schokolade in Stücke brechen und im heißen Wasserbad schmelzen. Vom Herd nehmen und abkühlen lassen.
  • Aus dem Backpapier 4 Kreise (12–15 cm Ø) ausschneiden, mit der halbflüssigen Schokolade bestreichen. Trocknen lassen, bis sie nicht mehr fließt, aber noch nicht ganz fest ist. Dann mit der Schokoladenseite nach oben in vier flache Schälchen legen, sodass Schoko­schälchen entstehen. Trocknen lassen, bis die Schokolade fest ist. Restliche Schokolade evtl. wieder erwärmen, die Schokoschälchen nochmals damit bestreichen und trocknen lassen.
  • Backpapier ablösen und Schokoschälchen auf Teller legen. Von der Mousse mit einem großen Esslöffel Nocken ab­stechen und in den Schoko­schalen anrichten.
